Description
Cardio System contains Gynostemma (Jiao-gu-lan), and Theopolyphenol. The Chinese have used Gynostemma, also called the "Herb of Immortality", for centuries as a tonic to aid in recovery from strenuous physical overexertion.
It was discovered through research that Gynostemma contains chemicals called Triterpenoid Saponins, similar to the active components of Ginseng. However, while Ginseng has some 27 of these chemicals, Gynostemma has over 80.
