Measure your PH daily or up to 3 times a day in order to learn what affects your PH levels. Your most accurate reading will be a urine sample in the morning. Saliva readings can also be taken. Log your PH over a 30-day period. Pay particular attention to what causes your PH to fluctuate (acid-promoting foods, stress, constipation, toxins). Make changes in your life accordingly.
